Tony Luke’s works directly with cattle farms in the Midwest which supplies the stores with top quality 100% ribeye steak. The vegetables used in toppings are grown in Southern New Jersey and prepared in the Tony Luke's Commissary. Sandwiches are served on fresh baked bread, baked with Tony's secret recipe.
